1. Scope

These terms apply to every registration, appointment and agreement with screenandself, including info sessions, workshops, group trajectories, family journeys, individual parent guidance, and lectures, trainings and supervision for schools, organisations and professionals.

Specific agreements in a written offer or confirmation take precedence over these general terms.

2. Registration and appointments

Your registration or appointment is final once screenandself has confirmed it to you. For group sessions, places are allocated in order of registration.

3. Prices and payment

The prices stated on the website or in the offer apply. For schools, organisations and professionals, a tailor-made offer is made.

The payment method and payment term are communicated per offering at registration or in the offer.

4. Cancellation by you

  • You can cancel or reschedule an appointment or session free of charge up to 48 hours before the start.
  • If you cancel later than 48 hours before the start, or do not show up without notice, the full price will be charged.
  • Please cancel by email (hello@nataliedeschepper.be) or by phone (+32 (0) 472 747 891).

5. Cancellation by screenandself

screenandself may cancel or reschedule a session in case of illness, force majeure or too few registrations. You will be informed as soon as possible. In that case you will be offered a new date, or any amount already paid will be refunded.

6. Nature of the guidance

screenandself commits to offering guidance to the best of its ability, according to professional standards (an obligation of means, not of result). Guidance and workshops do not replace medical or psychiatric treatment. Where needed, you will be referred to appropriate help.

7. Confidentiality and professional secrecy

As a recognised psychologist, Natalie De Schepper is bound by professional secrecy and the code of ethics for psychologists. What you share in individual guidance stays confidential, within the limits set by law.

In group sessions, we ask all participants to treat what others share confidentially.

8. Activities outside

For activities in nature or outdoors, such as Ervaar, participants are responsible for their own health and suitable clothing. Please let us know in advance about any medical or practical information that is relevant for safe participation.

9. Intellectual property

Course materials, presentations and documents remain the property of screenandself and are intended for personal use or internal use within your school or organisation. They may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

10. Liability

The liability of screenandself is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

11. Personal data

Personal data is only used to organise and carry out our services, and is handled confidentially in line with the GDPR. See our disclaimer for more information.

12. Questions and complaints

Do you have a question or complaint? Please contact us first via hello@nataliedeschepper.be, so we can look for a solution together. Complaints about the professional conduct of a psychologist can also be submitted to the Psychologencommissie (compsy.be).

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts. This does not affect the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
